11 inches. This standing cross for tabletop use is made from brown quartzite, the black outlined accents are granite. The cross has a broken top edge as well as a very rugged double base which for me brings to mind the ground at Calvary that the Cross was placed on.
This cross is in the sale section due to super fine cracks through the cross under the cross bar which was caused during the breaking process of this extremely hard material. It is virtually not visible in the brown section and is visible in the black portion if you pick up the cross and look at it on the sides. It does not affect the integrity of the cross. The cross has a slight tilt forward which is not noticeable unless seen directly from the side. Some people like imperfect things...we are imperfect, Christ died for us while we were yet sinners... Perhaps you will like this cross as well. NO RETURNS!
The cool, smooth, earthy feel of our crosses will have everyone wanting to touch them, so we recommend cleaning with water or granite and marble cleaner only. Color enhancer for stone is used on the cut edges, to accentuate the natural colors in the stone. The back of the cross is unfinished.
