Product Description
12 inches. This standing granite cross is a real gem! The interior granite color is black with large greenish gray crystals in it. There are beautiful crystals of bright peacock blue and yellow green that you can see when the light plays on it. Two of the bright areas are 1.5 inches by .5 inch and the others are .5 inch. The Green outlined section is amazing. It is basically a cross section of small rocks of greens of various shades, black, grays, and some rosy tan with a touch of brown. The black base of this cross is broken and has light reflecting, clear crystals with some golden areas as well. Both the top and the arms of the cross have been broken for added character.
****This cross is in the clearance section because in the process of breaking the stone, a few hairline cracks were created, which do not affect the integrity of the cross. They are in the cross bar in the black section. Due to the "soft" or very hard and brittle nature of some stone,(or in sections of it), this can happen. There is a hairline crack on the side of the cross in the green section as well. I have looked at this cross many times without ever knowing it was there. They are only slightly noticeable, and only when you pick it up in your hand and turn it all around and hold it in the light. NO RETURNS.
The cool, smooth, earthy feel of our crosses will have everyone wanting to touch them, so we recommend cleaning with water or granite and marble cleaner only. Color enhancer for stone is used on the cut edges, to accentuate the natural colors in the stone. The back of the cross is unfinished. ___________________________________________________________
